By creating an account or using Metabolic Performance in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Metabolic Performance is a wellness and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise, nutrition, supplement, or peptide program. Use of the app does not create a provider-patient relationship.
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Coaching features are offered on a paid subscription basis, billed monthly through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time. Fees are stated at checkout and may change with notice.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the service, reverse-engineering protected parts of the platform, or posting unlawful, harmful, or infringing content in community areas.
You retain ownership of the content you log or post. You grant Metabolic Performance a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Optional integrations (such as Google Health, Fitbit, and nutrition data providers) are governed by those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or the data they supply.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metabolic Performance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. This is placeholder content and will be replaced with the final terms.
