We use your information to operate the app: generating personalized workout and meal plans, calculating streaks and progress, syncing data from connected devices, and providing your AI coach with context to give relevant recommendations.

We may also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve app features and performance. We do not sell your personal data.

Your data is private to you by default. Information is shared only in the ways you choose: for example, content you post to the community feed, templates you mark as shared, or details you make visible to your coach or trainer.

Metabolic Performance is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
